Sentinelle Auto helps drivers and light-vehicle business owners compare available fuel prices near a city or along a route. Check the fuel grade, distance and reported price age before choosing where to stop on your phone.

Check the map and station list for your vehicle’s fuel. Compare the same grade, currency and unit; Canadian litres and US gallons are different.
A reported date or age helps you assess the information. Even a recent published price can differ from the pump price.
Check the distance before leaving. A cheaper station farther away may not be worthwhile for a small purchase.
Québec uses reported prices and availability from the official source. Elsewhere in Canada and in the United States, coverage varies and can be partial. A supported region does not mean every station has a price. Reported fuel availability is displayed for Québec and metropolitan France, not for other countries. Do not assume that missing data means a station is closed.
Sources and publication schedules vary by region. The app shows a date or age when the source supplies one. Always confirm the price at the station. This website explains the app; it does not show live prices for your location.
Enter your departure and destination, then search for stations along the journey. Check the available results against your acceptable detour. Prepare the search while parked; information may change during your trip.
Illustrative calculation: 50 litres at a difference of 0.04 per litre give a gross difference of 2.00 in the same currency. Subtract the fuel used for the detour before judging the benefit. This is not a current price or an average customer saving.
Sentinelle Auto also includes vehicle and fill-up tracking, fuel consumption, document deadlines and a charging-station search. A charger listing does not mean a current charging tariff is available.
